Description
- Kit includes: two sterile swabs and sample collection envelope
- Kit is mailed via USPS priority mail (We do not ship the kits outside of the USA)
- When DNA samples are collected at home, without the supervision of a qualified third-party, we cannot verify a chain of custody. Due to the lack of a chain of custody, your results may not be admissible in a court of law
Directions for at home sampling:
- Before you begin sampling, fill out all of the highlighted fields on the collection envelope for each participant
- Open the package of sterile swabs and use each swab one at a time by scraping the inside of the participants cheek for 10 seconds. Repeat with the second swab
- Allow the swabs to dry
- Place the swabs in the sample envelope for the specified participant
- Seal the sample envelope
- Place the sample envelopes in a larger paper mailer and return to 2450 Hollywood Blvd suite 700, Hollywood, FL 33020
